Rehabilitation
Reflecting nationwide trends in nursing care, many Epworth Manor residents require only a short stay to recover from an illness or injury before returning home. Our rehabilitation services—physical, occupational and speech therapies—help individuals regain functioning after a trauma such as a stroke or broken hip. Our skilled nursing services provide the needed follow-up care after hospitalization until health returns.

Services included in the monthly fee for all residents:

• Meals and nutritional snacks
• Housekeeping
• 24-hour-a-day assistance with daily activities, such as dressing and administering medications
• Emergency call system
• Transportation
• Recreational activities, day trips and cultural programs
• Services of a chaplain and social worker
• Nursing supervision and treatment by a registered nurse (for nursing care residents only)
